Before You Start: Check the Steps

The process has three parts: your account, subscription, and client. Your account gives you access to the user panel; your plan determines the data available; and your subscription sends your account’s route configurations to the client. Choosing a plan on the website alone won’t connect your device. There’s no need to hunt for configuration files first: place your order, get your subscription from your user panel, and import it on your device.

Already have a VPNMJ account? Skip account setup. If you’ve already placed an order, go straight to “Get Your Subscription.” Read only the section for the platform you’re using. To use VPNMJ on another device, follow the relevant section later. There’s no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time.

Account

Choose a Username and Password

Use the link below to open the user panel and find the new account page. Choose an easy-to-recognize username, enter a password, and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account. VPNMJ doesn’t require an email address; your username and password are the credentials you’ll use to access the panel. Once you’re done, make sure you’re on your account page, not still on the form. When you can see the account overview and plan options, you’re ready to choose a service.

If the page says your username is already taken, try another one. If you see a password format requirement, update your password and try again. If you already have an account, use “Log in” in the navigation to access it, so your plan isn’t associated with a different username. Before continuing, make sure you’re signed in to the account you intend to keep using; your orders and subscriptions will be linked to it.

Plans

Choose a Plan and Review Your Order

Go to the plans section in your user panel and decide whether you want a monthly subscription or pay-as-you-go data. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. The best choice isn’t necessarily the most expensive one: consider how regularly you’ll use the service, how much data you need each month, and whether you prefer a monthly reset or data that stays available.

After choosing a plan, go to the order confirmation page and review the plan name, price, and account. Payment options include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; follow the instructions displayed in the panel at the time. Once payment is complete, return to the account overview and check that your plan status has updated. If it hasn’t, check the order status rather than relying on whether the payment page closed. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days; check the final details in the panel before confirming. For a comparison of plans, read the plan details before deciding.

VPNMJ offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. For now, focus on making your first connection. To learn how to request a refund and review the applicable terms, see the terms of service. Once your account has an active plan, continue to the next step to get your subscription. This ensures you have an active service before importing its details.

Subscription

Get Your Subscription from the User Panel

Return to the account overview in your user panel and find the subscription section for your current plan. The panel provides import details or options for compatible clients; choose the method for the device you plan to use. A subscription isn’t just any text you can copy from a webpage—it’s a configuration linked to your account. Use the panel’s copy button when needed to avoid missing any characters. If there’s a one-click import option, make sure it will open the client you intend to use.

Treat your subscription details as account information. Don’t post them publicly or send them to strangers to configure for you. This guide doesn’t show real subscription addresses, and the text on this page can’t replace the details generated in your panel. If the client can’t read your subscription, first get it again from the panel and check that you copied it in full. Don’t use configuration details from an unknown source. Once you’ve got your subscription, keep the panel open and follow the section for your device to import it into the client.

Choose the Import Steps for Your Device

The platform instructions below are alternatives; you don’t need to complete every section. Get the client through the user panel’s download option or follow the panel’s instructions. Don’t use static installer links from webpages. Once the client is installed, find its subscription management options.

Desktop

Windows: Import Your Subscription

Open “Download Client” in your user panel, choose the VPNMJ client for Windows, and follow the panel’s instructions to download and install it. When you open the client for the first time, look in the sidebar or top menu for options such as “Subscription,” “Add Subscription,” or “Import Configuration.” If the client asks for subscription details, return to the panel, copy the details for your current account, paste them in full, and confirm. If the panel offers a direct import option, follow the prompts to open the client.

After importing, the client should show routes or regions to choose from, not an empty list. Refresh the subscription list, then choose a route in the region required by your target service. You can continue to “Verify Your Connection” below. If the list remains empty, first check that you’re using the right account and that your plan is active, then get the subscription again from the panel. Installing the client and importing a subscription are separate steps.

Desktop

macOS: Authorize and Import

Choose the macOS client in the downloads section of your user panel, then install and open it by following the panel’s instructions. When a network connection is enabled for the first time, macOS may show a system authorization prompt. Read the prompt and allow the client to set up the required network extension. Authorization is handled in the system interface; when it’s done, return to the client. You don’t need to look for additional configuration on other websites.

Next, find the subscription management or import option in the client, get your subscription details from your account panel, and add them. Make sure the client has loaded the route list before connecting. If the import succeeds but you can’t connect, check that system authorization is complete and that the client isn’t waiting for confirmation. Some versions put “Add Subscription” in the settings menu, while others put it in the main window. The menu name may vary, but follow this order: authorize the client, import your account subscription, then choose a route and connect.

Mobile

Android: Import and Allow Connections

On your Android device, open the VPNMJ user panel and get the Android client from the download option. Once installed, open the client and find subscription management, add configuration, or import. Import the subscription details provided in the panel for your account. If you need to switch between the browser and the client, make sure you’re still signed in to the account you used to purchase the plan before returning to the browser, so you don’t copy details from another account.

When you choose a route and start connecting, Android will ask you to confirm system-level connection permission. Read the prompt and allow the connection if appropriate, then return to the client to check its status. If you denied permission the first time, the client may show routes but fail to connect. Follow the system and client prompts to grant permission. If the route list is empty, check whether the subscription imported successfully; troubleshoot permission and subscription issues separately.

Mobile

iOS: Add Your Subscription Using the Panel

On your iOS device, open the downloads section in the user panel and check the client instructions. Follow the panel’s guidance to get a compatible client from the App Store. This page doesn’t provide installers, and we don’t recommend choosing an app with the same name at random from search results. Open the client and find its subscription, configuration, or add option, then get the corresponding import details from your VPNMJ account panel. If the panel provides a link that opens the client, follow the on-screen instructions to import.

After importing, make sure the client displays a route list, then choose a region and connect. The first time you connect, iOS may ask you to approve a system configuration. Follow the prompt, then check the connection status in the client. If copied details disappear when you switch back to the browser, get them again from the subscription section of your own account. You don’t need any sample text from this page. Your device is now ready to connect; the final step is to check that you can access the service.

Check the Result

Connect to a Route and Verify It Works

In the client where you imported your subscription, choose a route in the region required by your target website or service, then tap Connect. Wait until the client shows that you’re connected, then visit the website to test access. Check both the client status and the result in your browser: seeing a route name in the list means the subscription has loaded; a connected status means the connection is established; and the target service loading normally confirms the route works for your current needs.

If the client says you’re connected but the website still won’t load, check whether the selected region meets the service’s requirements, then try another suitable route. If the client can’t connect, revisit the earlier steps and check your account plan, subscription import, and system authorization in order. There’s no need to change every setting at once. Websites may also apply their own rules to region or account status, and changing routes won’t override the service’s requirements. To choose by route type, see the route list.

Once you’ve verified your connection, everyday use generally means opening the client, choosing a route, and connecting. To refresh your subscription, use the subscription management option in the client. If errors persist, the subscription list is blank, or you can’t access sites after connecting, visit the Help Center for troubleshooting by symptom.
