Website analytics are retained for as long as needed for analysis. This policy does not set a single fixed retention period in days for these categories. Connection logs are not retained, so there is no retention period for retrieving connection history later.

You can submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket entry in the user dashboard. VPNMJ will verify that the request is associated with the account and process data that can be deleted. If certain order records are still needed for accounting, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations, they will be handled after the relevant period of necessity ends. Deleting account data may affect future sign-ins and subscription management.
